Alvor is relatively close to busier resort destinations such as Praia da Rocha & Lagos but it is not too close to cause a distraction and has a charm & character of its own. Guests at these Apartments will enjoy a pleasant stay in Alvor.

Like the rest of the Algarve, Alvor offers a warm Mediterranean-type climate - excellent for perfecting tans. Alvor offers many other activities locally such as walking, cycling, sailing, bird-watching horse riding, dolphin safaris and golf.

There are also water sports to enjoy such as scuba diving, snorkelling and windsurfing, whilst visitors can also visit the 12th century church and the Monchique Mountains or drive over to Portimão to enjoy its famous sardine restaurants by the riverside. Alvor offers much to see & do - if you can tear yourself away from the pool & beach!

The Algarve and is undoubtedly one of the World's greatest golf destinations. There are many wonderful courses that can be reached within a reasonably short of the apartment. The famous Penina golf course, designed by Henry Cotton, is just a short distance from Alvor.

The idyllic coastal resort of Alvor is a quiet location on the Algarve, famed for its fresh fish and seafood dishes. It still retains its village-like charm & boasts a riverside promenade, cobbled streets, bars, restaurants, shops and live music entertainment. The jewel in its crown is, of course, it fantastic golden sandy beach.
