General:
This is an attractive apartment, situated in the popular Dunas Douradas resort. It is just 5 minutes' walk to the beach and situated in a quiet lane. The apartment is also just a two-minute walk to two tennis courts (where you can treat yourself to tennis lessons).

There is a beautiful communal pool area which offers barbecues in summer and entertainment for the children, again just a couple of minutes walk away on the resort.
The lovely Dunas Douradas Pool area is one reason why many families return to this resort year after year.  Even those with their own private pools congregate here to meet old friends and new.

This is an ideal apartment for a family beach holiday and with air conditioning units providing all year round heating it is also ideal for a winter break. We can offer special rates for long term winter rentals - please enquire.

Small but very well equipped kitchen to the left as you enter, complete with washing machine, dishwasher and modern units.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a new full en-suite bathroom. Terrace doors lead to a small "Juliet" balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room.

Located in a quiet cul de sac to the rear of the resort, the apartment is also just a two-minute walk to two tennis courts (coaching available).  Dunas has a beautiful communal pool area, offering barbecues in summer and children's entertainment - again just a couple of minutes walk. In fact the Dunas Douradas pool area is one of the reasons families return here year after year - to meet friends old and new.
