Kitchen:	The kitchen provides all you need with electric oven, gas stove ktop, large fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & washing machine. There is also a nice terrace for Al Fresco dining.
Bedrooms:	1 x double room with 2 twin beds, air conditioning/heating, large mirrored wardrobe. Sleeping also available on double pull-out sofa in the living room. The living room has a door allowing for a private space for sleeping. Linen & towels provided. Maid service on departure or additional service upon request for fee.
Bathrooms:	1 bathroom	Entertainment:	TV

Praia da Rocha is an extremely beautiful and popular beachside resort benefiting from all that is good about the Algavre. Within a 15 minute walk of the apartment you have Algarve's largest beach and it's waterfront promenade filled with shops, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from the small fishing village of Alvor (4 KMS) and 2 minutes from the 2nd largest Algarve city of Portimao. The breathtaking seaside village of Carvoeiro, is a 10 minute drive away. Follow the signs to Algar seco for breathtaking cliff and sea views.

There are 3 golf courses extremely close by Alto Golfe (Tel. 282. 460.870) is 5 minutes away, Penina course is a few minutes west (Tel. 282.420.200), and north of Penina, is the newest local course, Quinta do Morgado. Tel: 282.402.150. Not far to the east are 2 other courses, Gramancho and Vale da Pinta (Tel. 282.340.900) of Carvoeiro Golf. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

It is a fully furnished apartment and the rental price includes the use of water, gas and electricity and a final cleaning upon departure. All bed linens and towels are included except beach towels.

Arrival and departure date should be Saturday, if at all possible.

Arrive time: After 3 pm

Departure time: 11 am.

Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. No pets allowed.

Extra cleaning services can be arranged during your stay for an extra fee. Please inquire if required.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A deposit of 200 Pounds is required upon booking. This amount will be returned after keys have been returned and inspection of the apartment has been made.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

In order to hold your reservation, a deposit of 200 Pounds is required. The payment should be made by certified cheque or bank draft/transfer to either British, Canadian or Portuguese bank account. Once your deposit has been received, a confirmation will be sent to you and your reservation will be considered definite. The balance is to be received 8 weeks prior to your arrival date (time permitting).

Alto do Pacheco, built 2005 is a fully equipped, spacious luxury 1 Bedroom apartment located at Praia da Rocha, the largest stretch of beach in Western Algarve, within Portimao. No detail has been forgotten when furnishing this apartment which bathes in sunshine. You can entertain yourselves on the large wrap around terrace or inside the 77m2 (850 sq ft) apartment. However, we'd imagine our comfortable apartment is just icing on your cake as you enjoy the glorious sun drenched beach of Praia da Rocha, its Lakefront promenade filled with shops, delicious restaurants and bakeries, or traveling to nearby stunning towns and villages. If you are a golfer, you'll be spoiled for choice with several courses just minutes away.
