The apartment is located at ground level and is completely safe for children. The Living room terrace overlooks the pool area as well as the outdoor bar and restaurant. The bright and airy kitchen is equipped with every possible utensil including an electric juicer for that early morning freshly squeezed orange juice - a must on holidays. if you don't wish to cook, eat at any one of the resorts excellent restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Iift is not necessary to leave the resort at all during your stay! as transport can be arranged to / from the airport. The complex is well secured, has an underground car park or indeed just simply pull up outside the apartment with ample street parking. Oceanico resorts provide a courtesy bus for those wishing to go to Lagos, nearby sister resorts or off for that game of golf each morning. Golfers can enjoy discounted golf rates at Parque de Floresta, Boa Vista (with its golf academy and driving range), Palmeira and Penina

The village of Praia da Luz has a genuinely friendly, relaxed holiday atmosphere and offers everything from shopping facilities , a variety of excellent restaurants offering both Portuguese and International cuisine , bars as well as a safe, sandy beach offering a variety of water sports. The beach has its own Blue Flag as well as full time life guards on duty. Occasionally the Atlantic rollers come in and its time to grab your surfboard and have some serious fun! The historic town of Lagos is only 6km away Here you will find the stunning Marina offering daily boat trips and diving instruction, the old town with its narrow cobbled streets with pedestrian squares offering live music and entertainment - just perfect on a summer's evening. There is a fantastic range of restaurants from very Portuguese to more international fare as well as bars, nightclubs and a lively scene for the young at heart. The area is renowned for its superb golf courses. The best of these are Palmares - 18 holes / 5 link holes with spectacular scenery. The nearby Boa Vista 18 hole course is more difficult but it boasts its own golf academy and driving range. On the main road to Sagres is Parque de Floresta also an 18 hole course but renowned as a professional course. Discounts can be obtained for all of these at reception. Luz beach itself is one of the finest in the Algarve and provides just about all the facilities you could wish for. Meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner booking possible

A booking deposit of 25% is required to secure the apartment. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to departure along with a security deposit against damage or breakages. This deposit is returned immediately on your return home once the apartment has been checked.
If you wish to book our apartment for longer than two weeks we are happy to discuss terms with you.
We are flexible on changeover day and will try to fit in with your flight itinerary. The reception staff are on hand 24 hours per day to meet you and fill you in on all of the many facilities available and provide you with your resort pass for courtesy transport, complimentary pool towels and kids club during high season. Weekly cleaning and full laundry is change is provided weekly at no additional cost. We ask you however, to vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning and laundry change.

This new apartment is situated in the private resort of Estrela da Luz & is operated by Oceanico, who have featured on many travel TV programmes including 'A Place in the Sun'. We bought the apartment for just that reason, our place in the sun and have spent considerable effort in ensuring it is furnished and decorated to the very highest standard of comfort. It provides a real 'home from home' experience for families or groups with every possible comfort and convenience provided. The luxurious complex includes 3 outdoor pools, 1 for adults only, an Elemis health and beauty spa with jacuzzi, sauna and heated pool, fully equipped gym and exercise studios with daily classes. Tennis, basketball courts, the famous 'Steve Davis' snooker room and a children's' playground & club complete the range of facilities.
