Apartment Overview

Frente (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

The apartment has a large living room with dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and one family bathroom.
The living room is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV and a DVD.
There are patio doors leading from the living room onto the balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and sun bathing terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
A door from the kitchen leads directly onto the balcony which is useful when dining outside.
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.

Direito (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)
This accommodation is similar to the 2 bedroom apartment. This apartment has a master suite with dressing area and en suite bathroom. There are two twin bedded rooms and a shower room. This apartment has balconies both to the north and south allowing all day sun bathing.

Frente, (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2)
This accommodation is similar to the other apartments. The bedroom has twin beds and there is a full bathroom. This apartment has a very large balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.

All visitors will be met by my local management company who will be delighted to deal with any questions you have. They will also be able to deal with any problems you have during your stay. All guests receive a welcome food pack. Car rental can be arranged if required with collection at Faro airport.

Outside
A feature of this development is the swimming pool, sun bathing terraces and gardens.

About Praia Da Luz

Luz boasts a number of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a range of shops and supermarket.

Faro airport is 90 kilometers from Praia da Luz and with the opening of the new motorway is now just one hour by car. A car is not necessary to reach the beach, restaurants and bars but will allow visitors to enjoy the beautiful coastline, secluded beaches and other attractions of the Western Algarve. I have contacts with local car hire companies if you would like me to arrange a car to be waiting for you at the airport.

Sports in the area including t ennis, watersports, waterpark, horse riding, golf within 30 mins drive and fishing. The area is also great for walking holidays, beach or lakeside relaxation, a winter sun break, cycling holidays. For more information check out Praia da Luz section.

Praia Da Golf

There are a number of excellent golf courses within easy reach of your apartment. With outstanding courses, great value and spectacular scenery to challenge golfers of all levels you wont be spoilt for choice. Praia da Luz is ideally situated for the golfing enthusiast with Parque de Floresta, Boavista, Palmares and Penina all within 30 minutes driving time. Praia Da Luz Beaches

The Algarve is well known for it's fabulous sandy beaches. Less developed than area around Faro and Albufeira, the Western Algarve still has small villages with small beach coves etc. The beach at Praia da Luz is a safe and sandy beach ideal for children. Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The price is inclusive of a comprehensive food welcome pack, a meet and greet service (regardless of the hour) and full guest telephone support - for any reason.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due 10 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. A damage/security deposit £100 is payable 10 weeks before the commencement of the holiday and will be returned with 2 weeks after the end of the holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover days can be either Thursday or Saturday. Apartments should normally be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure and are usually available after 2pm on the day of arrival.
