A modern 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with balcony with views to the sea.  Sleeps 2 adults & 2 children. Secure complex with pool.

Up to 4 people (max. 2 adults)
Location:
Vilamoura, very central. 10 mins walk from Marina and 15 mins to beach.
Living Room:
Spacious lounge area with TV & DVD. Ding area.  Sofa bed for up to 2 children.
Kitchen:
Modern, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine / dishwasher / fridge-freezer / microwave / hob / oven
Bedrooms:
 One twin en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobe.  Sofa bed in the lounge suitable for up to two children.
Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms - one en-suite shower room & a separate bath/shower room.  Fully tiled.
Entertainment:
Private salt-water pool reserved for residents only.  Separate children's pool. 
Outside:
South facing balcony with sea view.  Outside furniture & dining area on the balcony.

Children welcome, pets not allowed

Faro, 20mins drive

About Vilamoura>>
We are pleased to offer below some information including recommendations of places to eat and details of the local town, Quarteira.
 
Parking is available adjacent to the main entrance or in a car park just beyond. There is a small commercial centre in close proximity to the apartment with restaurant / bar / shops.  There are also some excellent value 'take-aways' and many places to eat in and around the Marina including Chinese, Indian and Thai and of course Portuguese. 
 
Quarteira is the local town (which used to be a small fishing village) and is only 15 minutes walk along the front or 5 minutes by car.  There are some excellent fish restaurants, notably JACINTO, situated on the main avenue (where there are many interesting shops), BUZIOS and EL CARAVELA near the fish market.  There is also a weekly gypsy market in Quarteira every Wednesday morning. The daily fish market and fruit and veg market on the sea front are certainly worth a visit.  For more information about the area check out our Vilamoura section.


Vilamoura Golf>>
The Algarve and in particular Vilamoura, is undoubtedly one of the World's greatest golf destinations.  There are six wonderful courses within a few minutes drive of the apartment.

Vilamoura Beaches>>
Within a short walk (about 15 min.) to the beautiful beach at Vilamoura.  Long stretches of golden sand, enticing ocean and unbelievable sunsets. Just 10 minutes walk from the apartment.   The heart of Vilamoura, offering a great choice of bars and restaurants, shops and boutiques, not to mention yachts to die for! For more information about the area check out our Vilamoura section.
