Maid service is twice a week. Beach towels are not provided. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Air-con is an optional extra. Please see rates section for price. There is an open fireplace for the winter and the air-con units are reverse cycle for heating. A fold-down bed or cot are available by arrangement. Safe payable locally. Sky digi box installed with free-to-air channels. Smokers are requested to use the terrace area.

Carvoeiro is ideally situated for exploring the Algarve and for great days out at the Water-Slide Parks, Zoo Marine, Krazy World,etc. For the sports-person there are 2 tennis courts on the complex plus the Algarve's excellent golf courses, horse-riding, and gym and exercise classes available at Carvoeiro Tennis Club and Rocha Brava.

The village of Carvoeiro is outside your door, with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, super-markets, night-clubs and of course the lovely beach, just 250m away. Car hire is optional with this apartment, as everything is within walking distance. Native life and southern European mentality still maintain the upper hand despite the abundance of holiday activities, and Carvoeiro retains the unique charm which has captivated so many visitors and makes it one of the most sought after destinations in the beautiful region of the Algarve. A deposit of 25% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. A security deposit will be charged against breakages. Air conditioning is available at a charge of £60 per week if pre-booked, or £10 per day if requested in resort. Electricity will be charged separately in the winter months, and generally works out to about 20-30 Euros (£15-20) per week depending on individual usage.
Airport transfers arranged on request. Car hire prices provided and car-hire arranged. Extra bed £25 per week. Cot £15 per week. High chair £7 per week. Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Beach towels are not provided.
We try to work to a SATURDAY changeover day, during the summer months. If possible we will try to accommodate arrivals on other days Special rates available for longer winter bookings. Please inquire.

Located in the centre of Carvoeiro, Apartment dos Santos is ideal for all your holiday needs. It is part of the Monte Dourado complex, opened in 1990 which has swimming pools and tennis courts. This spacious first floor apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard with optional air conditioning throughout. Behind the apartments there is an extensive sun terrace with pools for the use of the apartments only and the beach of Carvoeiro is an easy 3 minute stroll approx. 250m away. The owners can supply you with driving directions or arrange a transfer to meet your flight ensuring a smooth transition to your holiday accommodation.
