Bedrooms:	2 bedrooms, sleeps a maximum of 5 people Bedroom 1 - 1 Double Bed, 1 Sofa bed/Futon Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite bath and shower room (New 2006) plus a bed settee for a 5th person (extra charge will apply), large built in wardrobes with Safe, Drawer units and mirrors to wall. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, a cot if required (extra charge will apply) shower room with large walk in shower, sink and toilet (new 2006) along with large wardrobes and drawer units with mirrors to wall. Linen and towels provided.
Bathrooms:	2 bathrooms Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Bath with Shower, Bidet Bathroom 2 - Toilet, Shower Enclosure. Both bathroom and shower room have been fully refurbished in early 2006, with the en-suite bathroom to bed 1 having the choice of bath or over bath shower along with sink, toilet and bidet. Shower room adjacent to bed 2 with a large walk in shower cubicle, along with sink and toilet.	Entertainment:	Audio tape player, cd, DVD, radio, satellite or cable, stereo system, tv. other local activities include; diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, sailing, surfing, swimming, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing

The Apartment is approx 1 hours drive from Faro International Airport where many of the low cost airlines fly from many regional UK and European airports. Lagos is the third largest town in the Algarve and steeped in history, dating back to the Moorish invasion. The old part of the town, where the original walls of the town remain, has been beautifully restored with its cobbled streets and flower decked squares. Lagos was the home port of many explorers who first charted the spice routes to India, along with the very first slave market in Europe, the building where the slave auctions took place can be seen today selling arts and crafts. In the town centre boutiques and antique shops sell copper, brass and pewter whilst the terrific variety of restaurants, bars and cafes offer mouth watering menus and thirst quenching local and international beers and wines. The Algarve is undoubtedly one of the World's greatest golf destinations. The apartment is ideally situated for Golfing holidays being within 15 minutes from 5 great golf courses of Palmares, Boavista, Parque de Floresta, Alto Club and the world famous Sir Henry Cotton's Penina Golf Complex. Near to the apartments there are many leisure activities, being near to the marina there are many boat trips including anything from hiring a private yacht for the day or just a few hours to visit the Grottos of Ponte da Piedade or take a BBQ Cruise in the bay of Lagos and along the most impressive cave and rock formations.

Other Activities

There are several excellent horse riding clubs along the coast and near to Lagos, a Zoo located just outside Lagos in the village of Barao de S. Joao. a Slide and Splash park in Lagoa. There are many walks taking you into lovely countryside, or along spectacular sections of the coastline which you are unlikely to see except on foot (There is a guide of these walks in the apartment for guests to use during there stay).

There are some beautiful beaches nearby and you can use the mini train (small charge applies) or travel by car, bike or foot to discover some of Europes finest bays. The complex is a few minutes from the centre of Lagos, the new modern Marina, and the large safe Meia Praia beach. The rental rates are for the Apartment per week and are based on occupancy of 2/4 persons. a supplement may be applicable for a 5th occupant (check when enquiring). Price includes weekly cleaning, towels (not beach towels) and bed linen change. Special low rates for long term winter lets available on request. Payments acceptable in GB pounds or by banker draft in Euros. Deposit of £100 (€150) per week required when booking, balance 6 weeks before departure.

Large ground floor, south facing, 2 bedroom apartment in a small complex of privately owned apartments, with large 15 x 8 mts swimming pool, (including children's pool) with outside shower. Set in 600sq mts mature landscape gardens. The apartment being on the ground floor benefits from a large grassed area in front of apartment. The complex is a few minutes from the centre of Lagos, the new modern Marina, and the large safe Meia Praia beach. There are a variety of beaches in the town with many others a short drive from Lagos to suit all tastes. With a host of other leisure facilities near at hand.
