The apartment is best suited for 4 people, but a fold down bed and a cot are available if required. (Please note that the apartment has a 4 ringed hob, a microwave with grill and a brick BBQ on the terrace, but no oven). The apartment has its own private sun-terrace with brick BBQ, table and seating for outdoor eating. The pool is heated and is 12m x 6m. The pool area is very large and equipped with sun-beds and mattresses and set in beautiful gardens. Smokers are requested to use the outside areas.

Apartment Palmeira is situated between the popular fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Benagil - both 5 minutes by car. It is very close to a number of beautiful beaches, and thus enjoys the advantages of being near a busy centre yet set in the peace and tranquillity of the Algarve countryside. It's central situation makes exploring the Algarve easy, and don't forget that Lisbon and Seville are only 3 hrs. drive away, or can be reached by daily coach trips. For the sports-person there are two golf courses 5 minutes away, or the Tennis Club with coaching and exercise classes available all year round. There are the ever-popular street cafes and markets. In the evening you can try the many wonderful restaurants serving fresh fish, grilled meat and fine wines. Whatever you chose to do, you can be sure of a varied and relaxing holiday at Apartment Palmeira in the Algarve.

Apartment Palmeira is located 2km from the centre of Carvoeiro and is surrounded by countryside. Coming from Lagoa (4.5km), you turn off at the village of Poço Partido, onto the road to Benagil: a small, picturesque fishing village east of Carvoeiro. Apartment Palmeira is approx. 600m along the Benagil road in a pleasant, peaceful and secluded rural setting, of almond, carob, orange and fig trees.

Terms of payment: 25% as confirmation of booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Maid service and linen change is once a week. Towels are changed twice a week. Beach towels are not provided.
Thursday is the normal changeover day. From Nov.-Mar. a charge of £40 per week will be made for pool-heating if required. Heating is included in the winter rate. Special rates available for bookings of 4 weeks or more: please contact the owner. Extra bed £25 per week. Cot £15 per week. High chair £7 per week
